Pictures from the "Enough Is Enough" rally

Apparently, the Lagos heat did not in anyway pose a barrier or deter the protesters yesterday as they were being led by the president of the Campaign for Democracy, Joe Okei-Odumakin. They kept marching for about two hours under the blazing and scorching sun to the Lagos State Governor's Office in Alausa, Ikeja.
The march began at the Archibishop Vining Memorial Church Open field, down to Awolowo Road and terminated at the gate of the Governor's office.

As seen in the pictures, several hundreds of young Nigerians comprising of professionals, artists and students all participated in the peaceful demonstration.
Artists who participated include Banky W, Eldee, Ali Baba, Denrele Edun, Sound Sultan Rita Dominic and a handful of others.

The Enough Is Enough rally is a coalition of youth groups who are demanding for a change in Nigeria and it was no doubt a huge success.
It took place yesterday the 13th of April.
