  • Fashion @ Goethe-Institute. The show will display an overview of Bimpe's design from the past five years. Starts by 4pm (Bimpe is a multi facetted and dynamic artist)

May 30


  • Nigeria and Beyond: Quintessence gallery will host the next exhibition of Oyerinde Olotu. Holds at Quintessence, Falomo Shopping Centre; Ikoyi at 4pm. Subject of the exhibition is based on "Heroes of Nigeria's past and present".

May 29 - 31


  • The 2009 Children festival holds at the National Stadium, Surulere Lagos from the 29th - 31st of this month. Activities lined up for the events include arts, dance, films and drama.

May 31 - June 11


  • The Abuja Arts and Crafts Expo holds. The expo's objectives is in line with promoting the importation and exportation business of African Arts and Culture to buyers worldwide and it shocases some aspects of African cultural heritage.

Watch out for the Theatre @ Terra! Presenting Wole oguntokun's Gbanja Roulette, a play about two flat mates who became addicted to a game that threatens to ruin their lives and their families and friends. Holds at Terra Kulture, Tiamiyu savage Street, Vistoria island - Lagos every sunday at 3pm and 6pm.
